Description
Location: Warsaw Key responsibilities Ensure the effective functioning and continuous enhancement of the local Quality Management System (QMS) in line with applicable regulations, GxP standards, and internal policies. Act as the primary quality expert for the local organization, providing guidance and support on quality, compliance, and regulatory matters. Coordinate site readiness for inspections and audits, and serve as the main contact during interactions with regulatory authorities, customers, and external auditors. Oversee core quality processes, including deviations, CAPA management, change controls, customer complaints, non-conformities, and risk management activities. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the timely implementation of new quality and compliance requirements. Manage qualification and ongoing oversight of third-party partners, suppliers, and distributors to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards. Strengthen quality awareness across the organization through training programs, coaching, and continuous improvement activities. Support GDP-related operations by acting as Deputy Warehouse Manager and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. Candidate profile Degree in Pharmacy and a valid professional license. Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role within the pharmaceutical sector. Solid understanding of GxP principles, with particular knowledge of GMP and GDP requirements. Practical experience in maintaining Quality Management Systems and ensuring regulatory compliance. Familiarity with regulatory inspections, internal audits, and external quality assessments. Knowledge of quality processes such as CAPA, deviations, change control, complaints handling, and risk management. Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and effectively implement them within business operations. Experience working in an international environment and collaborating with both local and global stakeholders. Fluent communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization. Self-driven, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
