Job Description

• Join our Strategy practice as part of Operating Model & Organizational Design (OM&OD) and play a key role in shaping the future of leading organizations.

• Work side by side with global, cross-functional teams to design and deliver strategies that transform businesses and drive real impact for our clients across industries: Resources, Products, H&PS, Financial Services and CMT.

• Lead strategic engagements from problem framing and analysis to solution design and implementation.

• Advise senior executives and stakeholders, delivering insights that shape critical business decisions.

• Bring fresh thinking and creativity to projects, helping clients shape bold visions and execute change with confidence.

• Design enterprise operating models: Advise clients on reorganizations required by new business models or strategies, covering structures, processes, governance, and culture to enable long-term success.

• Optimize and innovate operating models: Diagnose pain points, streamline complexities, eliminate inefficiencies, and co-create strategies to enhance agility and performance.

• Design functions and shared services: Define how functions like finance or innovation should be structured, determine skills and processes required, and assess opportunities for centralization or decentralization.

• Activate operating models: Guide implementation of strategic changes, addressing communication, leadership roles, progress tracking, and employee training to ensure transformation success.

• Apply data-driven insights, digital tools, and AI solutions to accelerate decision-making and innovation.

• Create high-impact deliverables such as C-suite presentations, strategic roadmaps, and action-oriented playbooks.
