Job Description

  • Join our Strategy practice as part of Cost & Profitability Reinvention team and play a key role in shaping the future of leading organizations.

  • Work with global clients across industries to redesign cost structures, optimize end-to-end value chains, and improve capital deployment.

  • Drive profitability and productivity interventions at strategic and operational levels – often directly engaging with C-level executives to reconfigure performance models.

  • Lead or support enterprise reinvention initiatives by applying C&PR principles, driving structural cost resets, SG&A optimization, and AI-enabled operating model redesign.

  • Formulate growth and transformation strategies by leveraging diagnostics, benchmarking, and advanced analytics, and contribute to M&A efforts including due diligence and post-merger integration.

  • Embed digital, automation, and AI-driven tools into transformation roadmaps – including data visualization, predictive analytics, and decision augmentation.

  • Address sustainability-linked cost transformation, integrating ESG, circularity, and climate impact metrics into business cases and transformation design.

  • Collaborate in multinational, interdisciplinary teams, co-developing client-facing strategies while building Accenture’s intellectual capital and reusable assets.

  • Structure and deliver executive-level presentations, effectively communicating strategic recommendations, insights, and implementation pathways.

  • Contribute to internal innovation and solution development efforts in cost reinvention assets, methods, and capability building.

  • Build and manage client relationships and provide relevant insights and experience related to business strategy development.

  • Create high-impact deliverables such as C-suite presentations, strategic roadmaps, and action-oriented playbooks.
