Job Description

• Supporting our clients in creating business value through SAP- and AI-powered digital solutions delivered on cloud and on-premise platforms

• Translating business requirements into innovative, intelligent, and harmonized solutions that drive transformation and efficiency.

• Collaborating in multidisciplinary teams across locations, blending business and technology expertise

• Coordinating and managing large Business & IT Transformation programs, focusing on continuous innovation and data-driven improvement

• Gathering functional requirements and preparing functional designs for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA and AI-enabled transformation initiatives

• Working flexibly — primarily remotely within the Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) model, but also ready to travel and collaborate onsite with clients across Europe and beyond when project needs require.

• ICH Resources – Digital Core (part of Accenture’s Intelligent Consulting Hub) is a cross-market unit supporting clients across the EMEA region, with a focus on Europe as well as the Middle East. We partner with leading companies in the Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, and Natural Resources industries to accelerate their digital transformation journeys.

• Our core expertise lies in delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, enhanced by AI-driven tools and methodologies that redefine how organizations operate, collaborate, and make decisions. We help our clients achieve operational excellence, drive business transformation, and adapt to the new AI-enabled ways of working.

• We are looking for experienced experts with strong communication skills (fluent in English and preferably at least one other language) and the ability to make complex topics clear and actionable. Our success is built on trusted client relationships and seamless collaboration with our global delivery centers to deliver measurable, transformative outcomes.
