Job Description

• Working closely with client business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide optimal solutions in the areas of aftersales, warranty and spare parts management business processes

• Development, optimization, reshaping of different business process from the area of aftermarket service operations with focus on warranty optimization, spare parts optimization (incl. parts pricing & inventory) and supply chain management and bridging business processes with technology (eg. SAP, Business Intelligence tool, etc.)

• Leading technology platform solutioning, implementation and enhancement projects, including planning, design, fit/gap analysis, build and configuration, testing, cutover and any other deployment activities;

• Collaborating with other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other ERP modules

• Master Data Management and Governance focused on assets maintenance operations, MRO supply chain, quality assurance and warehouse management

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Aftersales, Spares & Warranty Analyst or a Consultant in Industry X / Intelligent Asset Management Team, a typical day might include:
