Job Description
Cloud Based HR Transformation: design and implement intelligent, cloud‑based HCM solutions that embed AI and GenAI capabilities to deliver differentiated employee experiences, accelerate adoption, and generate measurable business outcomes. Focus on scalable platforms, intelligent workflows, data‑driven decision‑making, agentic automation and experience‑centric design.
Digital HR Strategy: enable clients to translate their Human Capital strategy into action through digital, AI‑powered platforms and processes. Identify high‑value use cases for automation, AI and GenAI (e.g., talent intelligence, workforce planning, service optimisation), supported by a value‑driven roadmap and strong functional expertise.
HR Operating Model & Service Delivery: design future‑fit HR operating models and global service delivery frameworks that leverage automation, AI‑enabled services, and shared platforms. Enable scalable, skills‑based capabilities that support next‑generation businesses while enhancing efficiency, transparency, and employee experience.
Talent Strategy: estimate workforce needs in the short and long term in line with business strategy; use AI-driven skills intelligence, workforce analytics and scenario modeling to support strategic workforce planning, internal mobility and reskilling for next-generation businesses. Work with clients to design dynamic capability frameworks for next‑generation organisations.
Workforce Experience: identify, design, and deliver end‑to‑end employee and workforce experiences across the lifecycle, leveraging data, AI insights, and human‑centred design to create personalised, seamless, and engaging experiences enabled by technology and services.
Working on an AI‑enabled HR transformation programmes, supporting clients through end‑to‑end change
Contributing to the deployment and optimisation of HR platforms (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow), including the integration of AI / GenAI capabilities and digital accelerators
Redesigning HR processes and service delivery models, leveraging AI‑driven insights and digital workflows to improve efficiency and experience
Defining future‑ready, skills‑based talent strategies that enable organisations to build and evolve their workforce in line with business and technology shifts
Creating measurable business value by designing and delivering differentiated, data‑ and AI‑enabled employee and workforce experiences
Planning and executing change management and adoption strategies for HR transformation initiatives
Managing projects or individual workstreams, ensuring delivery quality, stakeholder alignment, and value realisation
Working typically with clients outside of Poland
