Project Management / QA Internship Program (He / She / They) | New Associate

Job Description

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

• Deeply understand client business objectives, challenges, and market context.

• Collaborate with creative, technology, data, and delivery teams to shape and execute effective solutions.

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.

• Anticipate risks and challenges, proactively solving problems to keep work moving forward.

• Provide clear, regular communication and status updates to clients.

• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services or new ideas.

• Support business development efforts, including pitches, proposals, and client presentations.

• Check, verify, and adjust content and/or design to make sure it's been created in accordance with a brief.

• Review final drafts of deliverables (banners, mockups, documents, decks) and provide constructive feedback to the design team.

• Verify branding compliance across all materials.

• Act as a "whistle-blower" within the Creative Team - raising concerns and alerting about any potential inconsistencies or omissions.

• Paid, several-month internship program - min. 3 months, 4-5 days a week, with flexible working hours and possibility to work remotely (hybrid mode).
