Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant / Solution Architect | Associate Manager

Description

Lead the architecture and delivery of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. Design and implement HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and employee experience solutions. Work closely with HR stakeholders to define future-state processes and digital transformation initiatives. Drive integration of ServiceNow HRSD with HR platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. Lead workshops, gather business requirements, and provide strategic solution recommendations. Ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Work on large-scale digital transformation initiatives for international clients, expanding your expertise in enterprise ServiceNow solutions. Collaborate with experienced architects, consultants and engineering professionals while contributing to complex technology programs. Continue developing your technical and advisory capabilities through challenging projects, knowledge sharing and continuous learning opportunities. Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including extensive expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

• Strong hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Agent Workspace.

• Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and common employee-facing service management processes.

• Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale HRSD implementations.

• Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HR platforms.

• Ability to lead solution design, architecture workshops, and stakeholder discussions.

• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee experience, and data privacy requirements.

• Professional English and Polish communication skills enabling effective collaboration in international environments.
