We are looking for a Regional Commercial Controlling to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Controlling. You will be responsible for all the finance activities within the Region and its related Markets, Regional Office and NSC. You will be also responsible for the business controlling of the Sales Department (Brand Strategy and Customer Journey, Product Marketing, Dealer Network Development, Digital Commercial Strategy). Coordinate the Budget and Planning Round approval process within the departments, NSC and Regional Office Financial Evaluation of new dealers/market opening proposal Cost/Investment Approval Discount/Tactical Approval Analyse Product Marginality among markets Leading the Tableau de bord in order to analyse the performance and identify measures for business improvement in order to maximize Region and HQ financial results Supports the Head of Region / Controlling Department in Financial evaluation Coordinate the Budget and Planning Round approval process within the departments, NSC and Regional Office Financial Evaluation of new dealers/market opening proposal Cost/Investment Approval Discount/Tactical Approval Analyse Product Marginality among markets Leading the Tableau de bord in order to analyse the performance and identify measures for business improvement in order to maximize Region and HQ financial results Supports the Head of Region / Controlling Department in Financial evaluation Coordinate the Budget and Planning Round approval process within the assigned HQ Commercial Organizational Unit Cost/Investment Approval Monthly Reporting and Forecast discussion with the Budget Responsible Outbound Transport costs plan and monitoring Assess and monitor Contact Program performance Assess and monitor Costs of Lamborghini Service recharge to dealers Coordinate the Budget and Planning Round approval process within the assigned HQ Commercial Organizational Unit Monthly Reporting and Forecast discussion with the Budget Responsible Outbound Transport costs plan and monitoring Assess and monitor Contact Program performance Assess and monitor Costs of Lamborghini Service recharge to dealers University Degree in Economics, Engineering or equivalent 5-10 years’ experience in Controlling Advanced Excel user, Microstrategy is a plus as well as SAC English knowledge, German will be considered a plus Analytical thinking and proactivity in financial proposal Strong attitude and curiosity Controlling attitude, looking for objective discussion with business responsibles Capacity of view the company from a wide standpoint, capacity of executing controlling as partner, availability to self-testing on dynamic experience Availability to travel
