Your responsibilities
Tackle the most important modelling challenges across ING, supporting teams and projects wherever additional expertise or capacity is needed
Develop innovative solutions, methodologies and analytical tools that improve the way credit risk is managed
Translate complex quantitative topics into practical recommendations and tangible business impact

The expected salary for this position:
You'll get extra points for
Experience in IRB or IFRS9 model development, validation or implementation
Experience acting as a sparring partner to senior management
Exposure to different risk disciplines, portfolios or regulatory initiatives
We are looking for you, if you
Have a strong quantitative background (MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Physics, Engineering or a similar field) and experience within credit risk modelling
Demonstrate strong learning agility and thrives in ambiguous environments, quickly building knowledge in unfamiliar areas without established frameworks
Effectively bridges technical and business perspectives, communicating complex analyses clearly to senior stakeholders
Are fluent in English (C1)
