Your profile and qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B capital equipment sales, business development or project-driven environments.
Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and strategic customer relationships.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and business mindset.
Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, pipeline management and sales forecasting.
Fluent English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
Think strategically and act commercially.
Focus on customer value rather than product features alone.
Build trust and credibility at all levels of customer organizations.
Collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.

Your responsibilities and tasks
Develop and execute territory growth plans aligned with GEA Bakery's strategic objectives.
Drive customer engagement and build strong relationships with key decision makers.
Lead complex sales opportunities in collaboration with Front Line Sales organizations and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate account development plans for strategic and key customers.
Manage opportunity pipelines, forecast accuracy and CRM discipline.
Develop customer-focused value propositions based on productivity, performance and Total Cost of Ownership.
Coordinate cross-functional resources including Application Management, Product Management and Technical Offer teams throughout the sales process.
Lead commercial negotiations while ensuring profitability and long-term customer value.
Deliver Order Intake, Revenue, Margin and business growth targets.
Provide market insights and Voice of Customer feedback to support innovation and future business development.
