SAP BM / IM / WM Deployment Data Migration Expert | Lead

Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP BM/IM/WM Deployment Data Migration Expert (DDME) to lead the end-to-end execution of allocated data migration areas and objects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with local business and functional teams while acting as a bridge between the Global Data Migration Experts and the DM Execution business teams, ensuring local requirements are accurately captured in conversion workbooks. Responsibilities Support large ERP programs, with responsibilities that may also be assumed by GDMEs on certain projects Act as the deployment wave focal point for data objects in scope for deployment project migration and local data migration Collaborate with Business Data Owners (Global, Regional, or Local), deployment Functional Experts, ETL team members, and legacy teams Drive migration activities for the deployment project Verify data transformation tools and outputs for deployment wave projects Prepare DMW load files and perform initial verification Execute DVT scripts Coordinate defect and Hypercare incident resolution for objects under responsibility Resolve design defects or escalate them to GDMEs Requirements 10+ years of ERP project implementation background SAP Certification in at least one relevant functional area, with hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS Deep expertise in data migration execution Knowledge of GxP and CSV Functional expertise and strong leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in an international, matrix-based organization Proven experience working with globally distributed teams in multi-country and multi-systems environments Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Strategic and hands-on working style, including running meetings, tracking progress, and managing issues Fluent English (B2+ level) Nice to have Additional language skills beyond English

Requirements

• 10+ years of ERP project implementation background

• SAP Certification in at least one relevant functional area, with hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS

• Deep expertise in data migration execution

• Knowledge of GxP and CSV

• Functional expertise and strong leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in an international, matrix-based organization

• Proven experience working with globally distributed teams in multi-country and multi-systems environments

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strategic and hands-on working style, including running meetings, tracking progress, and managing issues

• Fluent English (B2+ level)
