Requirements
Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Integration Center & CPI / BTP.
Hands-on experience with SAP CPI / BTP and web services (SOAP, REST).
Good understanding of SuccessFactors – EC, Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, Compensation and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Experience working in HRIS and payroll data integrations.
Ability to write technical and functional documentation.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in handling integration projects end-to-end.
Knowledge of SAP security and GDPR compliance for HR data.
Experience inbuilding integration between SuccessFactors and other systems (SAP and third-party).
SAP Integration certification is a plus.
