Currently, we are looking for SAP CDP / CDC Consultants to join a long-term support and development project for a major company in the energy sector. Location: Remote (EU) Workload: 20–40 hours per week (0.5–1 FTE) Contract: B2B via Hays Poland Rate: €50–60/h Start: ASAP Duration: Until 31 December 2026 with high extension potential Why this project? Long-term cooperation – contract until December 2026 with a strong likelihood of extension 100% remote work from anywhere within the EU Flexible engagement – 20–40 hours per week (0.5–1 FTE) Work hours can be adjusted to your availability – ticket handling often takes place in the afternoons and evenings Established environment – the implementation has already been completed, and the project is now in a stable support and enhancement phase Experienced team with deep business knowledge – you'll join consultants who implemented the solution and know the client's landscape inside out Clear support model – dedicated dispatcher managing ticket allocation and priorities As an SAP CDP / CDC Consultant, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting customer data management solutions within the SAP Customer Experience ecosystem. Your daily activities may include: Supporting and developing SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) and SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC / Gigya) solutions Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving support tickets Monitoring system performance, availability, and stability Managing integrations between SAP solutions and external systems such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms Consolidating customer data from multiple sources to build a unified customer profile Creating customer segments and supporting marketing personalization initiatives Implementing and maintaining consent management processes in compliance with GDPR/RODO Working closely with business users and providing post-implementation support Participating in discussions with client stakeholders and recommending improvements What we're looking for? We are interested in professionals with hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC / Gigya) Additionally, you should have: Minimum 2 years of experience in application maintenance, support, or enhancement projects Experience integrating SAP solutions with ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms Ability to analyze customer data and translate business needs into system solutions Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support activities Good communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders English proficiency enabling work in an international environment Nice to have: SAP certifications related to CDP, CDC, or Customer Experience solutions Experience in customer identity, consent management, or customer data unification projects Interested?
