Senior BOARD Consultant / EPM Consultant This role requires a strong blend of business and technical expertise, with a hands-on approach to solution design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement.| Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders. Challenge existing business requirements and propose optimal solutions and best practices. Design, configure, and implement solutions using the BOARD platform. Deliver hands-on development and system configuration activities throughout the project lifecycle. Design and maintain data models supporting planning and reporting processes. Participate in projects related to financial planning, controlling, product costing, and business simulations. Estimate implementation efforts and contribute to project planning activities. Work within Agile delivery teams and actively participate in sprint-based project execution. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful solution adoption. Required Qualifications Proven experience working with the BOARD platform (EPM / Planning Tool). Strong hands-on implementation experience, not limited to advisory or functional consulting roles. Experience delivering planning, budgeting, forecasting, or controlling projects. Solid knowledge of:Financial planning processesProduct costingBusiness simulations Financial planning processes Product costing Business simulations Good understanding of data structures, data modeling, and data-driven solution design. Experience working in Agile environments and sprint-based delivery models. Previous consulting experience in a Time & Materials (T&M) engagement model. Ability to independently estimate, design, develop, and deliver solutions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience working in international or nearshore delivery environments. Collaboration with Controlling, CFO organizations, or Finance Leadership teams. Experience supporting EPM transformation programs, including platform replacement initiatives. Knowledge of planning system implementation methodologies and best practices.
