About the role We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional who will take ownership of reward programs across Poland. In this role, you will manage key compensation and benefits initiatives, deliver market-driven recommendations, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure competitive and effective reward practices. Key responsibilities Manage compensation and benefits programs for Poland. Lead salary review, bonus and incentive processes. Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking and pay analyses. Support Gender Pay Gap reporting and salary survey submissions. Advise stakeholders on compensation matters and organizational changes. Implement global reward projects locally. Develop and enhance employee benefit offerings. Monitor budgets, analyse reward data and create reports and dashboards. Build relationships with external vendors and internal partners. Requirements Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards. Strong knowledge of compensation processes and benefits administration. Experience with salary reviews, bonus programs and pay benchmarking. Understanding of Polish labor, tax and compliance regulations. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge. Experience working with senior stakeholders in an international environment. Fluent English.
