The opportunity We are building an innovative team responsible for analyzing ITIL process data and supporting business decision-making across Client Technology and beyond. Our mission is to transform data from ServiceNow and other IT sources into intelligent reports, predictions, and insights. The team will work with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and AI/ML tools to create modern analytical and predictive solutions.

Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience with Python/R for data analysis and ML
Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, service request)
Experience automating data pipelines and workflows
Familiarity with Azure AI/ML tools (ML Studio, Synapse ML, Fabric AI)
Your key responsibilities
Integrate and process data from ServiceNow and other IT sources into Azure / MS Fabric environment
Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards in Power BI for IT and business stakeholders
Develop predictive models and AI/ML analytics to optimize ITIL processes (e.g., incidents, problems, changes)
To qualify for the role, you must have
Experience working with ServiceNow or other ITSM systems
Knowledge of MS Fabric (lakehouse, pipelines)
Strong Power BI skills – data modeling, DAX, interactive dashboard creation
Experience with Edit Tabulator, DAX Studio, XMLA, and APIs
Basic knowledge of ML/AI – data preparation, predictive model development
Proficiency in SQL and handling large datasets
Experience working in Scrum, DevOps, TDML/TDD/BDD methodologies
Ability to document data processes and maintain clear documentation
Strong communication skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
Required certifications:
Microsoft Fabric: DP-600, DP-700
Power BI: PL-300
Collaborate with IT and business teams to define reporting requirements and KPIs
Ensure data quality, documentation, and compliance with data governance policies
Monitor ETL/ELT processes and automate data pipelines in MS Fabric
Explore new data sources and analytical technologies supporting IT and business processes
Work following Scrum, DevOps, and TDML/TDD/BDD methodologies, including test automation and deployment pipelines.
