Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications using Java-based backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks Build and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven services to support complex business requirements Participate in the full software development lifecycle — from requirements analysis and technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, business analysts, UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions Contribute to architectural decisions and advocate for best practices in code quality, security, and performance Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure maintainability and adherence to coding standards Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and stability of delivered features Work with messaging systems and asynchronous communication patterns to support distributed architectures Continuously identify opportunities for technical improvement and contribute to the evolution of the technology stack Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack software development Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot for building enterprise-grade backend applications Solid knowledge of Spring Security for implementing authentication, authorization, and secure application design Proven experience in designing and developing REST APIs following industry best practices Proficiency in working with SQL databases, including writing complex queries, performance tuning, and data modeling Experience writing reliable and maintainable tests using JUnit or similar testing frameworks Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming, asynchronous messaging, and building event-driven architectures Strong proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework — Angular or React — including component-based architecture and state management Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international, Agile team environment Proficiency in English (B2+), both written and spoken Nice to have Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code and automated provisioning of cloud resources Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and its core services Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or secondary application development Experience with Hibernate ORM for object-relational mapping and database interaction in Java applications Experience with AWS cloud services, particularly Lambda, ECS, and DynamoDB, for building and deploying cloud-native applications

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack software development

• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot for building enterprise-grade backend applications

• Solid knowledge of Spring Security for implementing authentication, authorization, and secure application design

• Proven experience in designing and developing REST APIs following industry best practices

• Proficiency in working with SQL databases, including writing complex queries, performance tuning, and data modeling

• Experience writing reliable and maintainable tests using JUnit or similar testing frameworks

• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming, asynchronous messaging, and building event-driven architectures

• Strong proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework — Angular or React — including component-based architecture and state management

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international, Agile team environment

• Proficiency in English (B2+), both written and spoken
