Your profile and qualifications
We are looking for an experienced IT professional with a strong operational background who is confident engaging with both technical users and business stakeholders, takes ownership of their work, thrives when working independently, and makes a positive contribution to a collaborative IT service environment.
Extensive experience working in IT support, infrastructure or workplace services
Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, workplace technologies and network environments
Experience working within structured IT service environments (ITIL knowledge beneficial)
Ability to coordinate effectively between business users and central IT teams
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with local management and stakeholders
Professional fluency in English
Experience working in manufacturing, industrial or multi-site environments
Experience working with external IT service providers
Your responsibilities and tasks
Ensure stable and reliable local IT operations across assigned sites
Provide hands-on technical support where an on-site presence is required
Act as the local IT On-Site Services Consultant, representing Global IT to site management and users
Coordinate effectively with the Service Desk, central IT teams and external service providers
Support the implementation and adherence to IT standards, governance and security practices
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and operational processes
Assist with incident resolution, infrastructure support and workplace services where local coordination is required.
