Senior Manager – Salesforce Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote Let us introduce you the job offer by EY GDS Poland – a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY. EY Studio+ is seeking a Senior Manager – Salesforce Functional Lead / Solution Architect to join our growing team in Poland. As a senior leader within EY Studio+, you will be part of a global network of multidisciplinary professionals focused on delivering customer-centric, technology-enabled transformation at scale. In this role, you will combine deep Salesforce functional and architectural expertise with strong consulting leadership. You will play a critical role in building and scaling the Salesforce capability in Poland, leading high-impact client engagements, managing strategic accounts, and shaping and leading pursuits across markets. You will work closely with EY partners, directors, and global delivery teams to deliver complex, enterprise-grade Salesforce transformations. The opportunity This is a significant leadership opportunity for an experienced Salesforce consulting professional looking to operate at the intersection of strategy, delivery excellence, and practice growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, lead large-scale Salesforce programs, and help position EY Studio+ as a market-leading Salesforce transformation partner. You will influence both client outcomes and internal strategy, contributing to capability development, thought leadership, and the expansion of EY’s Salesforce footprint across Europe and beyond. Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Salesforce Architect and/or Consultant certifications (multiple certifications preferred)

  • Experience in one or more industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, Consumer, or Technology

  • Exposure to Salesforce Industry Clouds and complex integration landscapes

  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, particularly for executive audiences

  • Experience shaping operating models, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies

  • A passion for innovation, AI-enabled transformation, and customer experience design within the Salesforce ecosystem

Skills and attributes for success

  • 14+ years of overall professional experience, including significant experience in Salesforce consulting and large-scale digital transformation

  • Extensive experience in consulting or professional services environments, with a proven track record of client delivery and account leadership

  • Deep functional expertise in Salesforce, with strong understanding of enterprise solution design and architecture

  • Proven experience leading multi-stream programs and geographically distributed teams

  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience supporting or leading bids, pursuits, and account planning

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical executives

  • Demonstrated leadership presence, credibility, and ability to operate effectively at C-level

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide functional and solution leadership across complex Salesforce transformation programs, acting as Functional Lead or Solution Architect as appropriate

  • Lead end-to-end solution design and governance across Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing) and selected Industry Clouds

  • Own client relationships at senior and executive level, serving as trusted advisor and escalation point

  • Lead and oversee delivery across multiple engagements, ensuring quality, value realization, and adherence to EY and Salesforce best practices

  • Build, develop, and scale the Salesforce functional consulting team in Poland, including talent attraction, mentoring, performance management, and capability uplift

  • Drive account growth, identifying new opportunities within existing clients and shaping multi-phase transformation roadmaps

  • Lead and contribute to sales pursuits, including solution shaping, estimations, proposal development, and executive-level client presentations

  • Engage collaboratively with technical architects, UX, data, and integration teams to deliver cohesive, user-centric solutions

  • Support EY Studio+ and Salesforce community initiatives, including knowledge sharing, asset development, and thought leadership

  • Ensure alignment between client business objectives, Salesforce platform capabilities, and long-term architectural sustainability

  • Be willing to travel up to 8 days per month to client locations and EY offices across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Europe

To qualify for the role you must have

  • 14+ years’ experience, including 8+ years in Salesforce-focused consulting roles

  • A strong record of successful large-scale Salesforce program delivery and high client satisfaction

  • Previous experience as a Functional Lead, Solution Architect, Engagement Lead, or Practice Lead

  • Experience managing client-facing teams and mentoring senior consultants and managers

  • Willingness to travel up to 8 days per month to work directly with clients and collaborate with wider EY and EY Studio+ teams
