You will work closely with FAO senior and mid-level management, FAO Service and Performance Practice teams (Q&CI, Automation and Performance Management), as well as cross-functional partners such as GPO organizations, IS, FPDS, HR, country finance organizations and other stakeholders.The work model for the role is:#hybrid, #LI-HybridYou will be accountable for:Delivering assigned projects and programs within the FAO pipeline, ensuring completion of all tasks and milestones within agreed timelines and budgets.Defining and applying appropriate project methodologies; effectively allocating resources and tasks; motivating and managing direct and indirect stakeholders; monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the Global PMO Lead and senior leadership.Developing, implementing and continuously improving project documentation, including RAID logs, project toolkits, SteerCo materials, reporting decks and lessons learned; managing project risks and proposing appropriate mitigation actions.Ensuring effective project governance by identifying key stakeholders and defining meeting cadences; designing and implementing project change management and communicating relevant information to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner to secure alignment and support.Acting as a coach and trusted advisor to other Project Managers and Associate Project Managers.Qualifications for the Role:Comprehensive knowledge of the Finance Operations and SAP is required due to ongoing transformation initiatives and complex stakeholder management.5 years of project management experience within large corporate organizationsExperience in finance operations (P2P, O2C, R2R) as an assetStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office/PMO tools and solid presentation skills are required;Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) requiredMaster’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experienceFluency in spoken and written English, along with excellent communication skills.We value people from different backgrounds. Wymagania

• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance Operations and SAP is required due to ongoing transformation initiatives and complex stakeholder management.

• At least 5 years of project management experience within large corporate organizations is required.

• Experience in finance operations (P2P, O2C, R2R) is considered an asset.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

• Proficiency in MS Office and PMO tools is required.

• Solid presentation skills are required.

• Fluency in spoken and written English, along with excellent communication skills, is required.

• Take ownership of managing project risks and proposing appropriate mitigation actions.

• Deliver high-quality project governance by identifying key stakeholders, defining meeting cadences, and designing and implementing project change management.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate relevant information to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner to secure alignment and support.

• Lead efforts to act as a coach and trusted advisor to other Project Managers and Associate Project Managers.
