Senior QA / SDET Engineer

Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and regression suites using Python, Go, or similar technologies. Drive quality assurance activities across multiple services and applications, ensuring reliable weekly software releases. Develop and execute API, integration, end-to-end, and contract testing strategies. Build and optimize automated testing solutions for distributed and event-driven architectures. Investigate, isolate, and diagnose software defects, providing clear root-cause analysis and actionable insights. Design and execute load, stress, and scalability testing to validate system performance and reliability. Create synthetic test data, event streams, and traffic simulations to support repeatable testing scenarios. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and promote continuous delivery best practices. Monitor and improve test reliability, stability, and automation coverage. Collaborate closely with software engineers, product teams, and architects to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. Support the testing and validation of AI-powered features and intelligent systems. Contribute to automation standards, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET), Automation QA, or Quality Engineering roles. Strong hands-on programming experience in Python and/or Go. Proven experience designing and building automated testing solutions for complex software applications. Strong knowledge of API, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies. Experience with event-driven systems, distributed architectures, and real-time applications. Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and modern software delivery processes. Experience with load, stress, and performance testing in high-throughput environments. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills. Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerized environments. Experience working in agile, fast-moving product organizations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Professional English communication skills.
