Senior React Native Developer

Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior React Native Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of modern state management solutions and mobile development tooling, and is passionate about delivering seamless user experiences on both iOS and Android platforms. Please note that the position requires hybrid (3 days in the office) in one of our offices in Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice or Warsaw. Responsibilities Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native Build, configure, and optimize application workflows using Expo and EAS (Expo Application Services) Implement and manage application state using modern state management libraries Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, backend developers, QA) to deliver features end-to-end Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks Requirements 5+ years of commercial experience with React Native Strong hands-on experience with Expo ecosystem and EAS for builds and submissions Solid understanding of state management patterns — experience with at least two of the following: Redux, Zustand, Jotai Practical experience with RTK Query and/or TanStack Query for server state management Proficiency in TypeScript Understanding of mobile app lifecycle, navigation patterns, and platform-specific nuances (iOS/Android) Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns Experience with Git-based workflows Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, B2 level of English

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with React Native

• Strong hands-on experience with Expo ecosystem and EAS for builds and submissions

• Solid understanding of state management patterns — experience with at least two of the following: Redux, Zustand, Jotai

• Practical experience with RTK Query and/or TanStack Query for server state management

• Proficiency in TypeScript

• Understanding of mobile app lifecycle, navigation patterns, and platform-specific nuances (iOS/Android)

• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns

• Experience with Git-based workflows

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, B2 level of English
