Senior SAP SD Consultant

Description

SAP SD Subject Matter Expert Design, configure, and support SAP SD processes, including sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, and returns. Drive optimization and standardization of Order-to-Cash processes across global business units and production sites. Develop and maintain global SAP SD templates and process standards. Ensure seamless integration between Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance functions. Provide 1st and 2nd line support for SAP SD applications and business processes. Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancement activities in line with agreed service levels. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex SAP-related issues. Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable SAP solutions. Support testing activities, including UAT and integration testing. Create and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions. Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities for automation, process harmonization, and operational excellence across the organization. Deliver end-user training and promote SAP SD best practices globally. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. SAP SD Certification is required. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP SD. Proven experience in at least one full SAP implementation lifecycle. Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, pricing, billing, deliveries, ATP, and customer master data management. Experience supporting SAP applications in a global, multinational environment. Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager and Jira. Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA, including rollout, migration, or template deployment projects. Experience working with Application Management Services (AMS) providers and external implementation partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to process improvement. Ability to facilitate workshops and effectively engage with business stakeholders at different levels. Service-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset. Ability to work effectively across international and cross-functional teams. Professional English communication skills.
