Senior Systems Engineer

Description

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our operations team in a fully hands-on, day-to-day capacity, responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Windows, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure environments. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows server environments Administer and maintain Windows 10 workstations and infrastructure Manage Omnissa Horizon and Citrix virtual desktop environments Configure and maintain Azure Intune and Azure conditional access policies Oversee Azure AD, Windows AD, and Hybrid AD environments Apply and manage patches across Windows systems Administer VMware infrastructure at a senior level Participate in day-to-day operations and on-call rotations during operational hours Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines Develop automation scripts using PowerShell Manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift OKD Requirements 5+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows servers and Windows 10 environments Expertise in Omnissa Horizon Virtual Desktops or Citrix at a senior level Proficiency in Azure Intune and Azure conditional access Expertise in Azure AD, Windows AD, and Hybrid AD Background in patch management of Windows systems, with ManageEngine experience appreciated Senior-level knowledge of VMware administration Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines Skills in PowerShell scripting Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift OKD Flexibility to participate in day-to-day operations and on-call rotations during operational hours English proficiency at B2 level or higher Nice to have Understanding of email flow in O365 Knowledge of Mimecast Experience with NetApp SAN

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows servers and Windows 10 environments

• Expertise in Omnissa Horizon Virtual Desktops or Citrix at a senior level

• Proficiency in Azure Intune and Azure conditional access

• Expertise in Azure AD, Windows AD, and Hybrid AD

• Background in patch management of Windows systems, with ManageEngine experience appreciated

• Senior-level knowledge of VMware administration

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines

• Skills in PowerShell scripting

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift OKD

• Flexibility to participate in day-to-day operations and on-call rotations during operational hours

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
