Experience

• 5-10 years

Requirements

• Must have:

• Technical Engineering degree.

• Knowledge / deep understanding of the following areas:

• Queueing Theory;

• Graph Theory;

• Operations Research (OR) Particularly Network Flow and Bottleneck Analysis

• Proven ability to understand real-world physical systems and building models:

• Experience in planning vehicle dispatch or determining the optimal number of vehicles within warehouses, logistic systems, or other industrial settings.

• Expertise in modeling traffic congestion phenomena for both vehicles and people.

• Ability to conduct appropriate scenario and experimental planning and interpret the results in an engineering manner

• 5+ years of professional experience in C/C++ (C++17 and higher).

• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.

• Proficiency in parallel, concurrent, and multi-threaded programming.

• Solid understanding and successful application of design patterns.

• Experience in software architecture design.

• Familiarity with multi-agent path-finding algorithms.

• Hands-on experience building distributed networked systems (preferably asio, RabbitMQ), including message-based coordination between nodes and reliable inter-process communication.

• Practical experience with unit, component, and integration testing (including CMake and Google-tests).

• Proficiency with Git (specifically GitLab).

• Understanding of CI/CD principles.

• Upper-Intermediate English level (ability to discuss and present technical topics effectively both verbally and in writing with the team and customer).

• Experience working in a distributed team environment.

• Will be a plus:

• Solid understanding of mathematical concepts, including linear algebra, statistics, probability theory, and algorithms.

• Network expertise, with a focus on protocols and low-level details.

• Proficiency in Python.

Job responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refactor software components for a medical laboratory transport solution.

• Analyze and enhance associated routing algorithms.

• Drive technical communication with the Client’s stakeholders, including alignment, presentation, and discussion of Backlog item composition.

• Actively participate in Backlog refinement and scope decomposition.
