Your new role What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least 8 years of professional software development experience. Minimum 3 years of experience managing and developing software engineering teams. Strong technical background in object-oriented programming, ideally with experience in C#. Experience with database design and development. Solid understanding of networking concepts and distributed systems. Knowledge of scalable, service-oriented architectures. Experience working with hardware-integrated or IoT-related solutions would be an advantage. Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional projects and drive process improvements. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to mentor engineers, manage competing priorities, and make decisions in dynamic environments. • As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of approximately five software engineers responsible for developing and maintaining critical components of a large-scale connected devices ecosystem. You will drive project delivery, define technical direction, establish development priorities, and mentor engineers to support their professional growth. The role combines people management and technical leadership, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
