• Proven experience in a management role (e.g., Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager or similar).Strong team management skills, with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.Flexible, hands-on approach to leadership.Full computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Knowledge of Aviation Processes is an advantage but not essential
