The opportunity EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Operations Senior Manager to help expand our market presence and lead complex client transformations across Manufacturing, Planning and End-to-End Supply Chain operations. This role combines business development, thought leadership and delivery leadership. You will work closely with EY member firms and client executives to identify growth opportunities, shape supply chain transformation programmers and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep industry experience across manufacturing, planning and supply chain operations, coupled with a strong consulting mindset and a passion for building high-performing teams. Your key responsibilities

• Growth & Market Development:

• Drive growth across Europe through client development, pursuits and strategic engagements

• Lead proposals, RFPs and build trusted relationships with senior Supply Chain & Operations stakeholders

• Client Delivery Leadership:

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain transformation programs from strategy to implementation

• Advise clients on planning, manufacturing and operating model optimization while ensuring successful delivery

• Manufacturing & Planning SME Leadership:

• Provide expertise across IBP, S&OP, Production Planning, Inventory Management and Digital Manufacturing

• Lead assessments, workshops and transformation roadmaps to improve operational performance and supply chain maturity

• People & Practice Development:

• Mentor and develop consulting professionals across the Supply Chain & Operations practice

• Drive capability building, recruitment and growth of the Manufacturing & Planning team

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning or Operations Transformation

• Strong expertise in Manufacturing Operations, Supply & Demand Planning, Production Planning & Scheduling, Inventory Optimization, S&OP / IBP, Logistics or Network Planning

• Experience with supply chain and planning technologies such as SAP IBP, O9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, OMP, SAP APO or SAP S/4HANA

• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs from strategy through implementation and value realization

• Track record of managing complex global engagements and multi-country teams

• Strong understanding of operating models, process improvement and digital transformation

• Consulting experience within a leading consulting firm preferred

• Industry experience in one or more sectors: Consumer Products & Retail, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, Chemicals, Automotive, or Manufacturing & Engineering

• Master’s degree in Supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field (MBA preferred)
