Key responsibilities Oversee the design, administration and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs within Poland Coordinate annual compensation reviews, bonus cycles and incentive schemes Perform job evaluations, market salary benchmarking and compensation analyses to support pay decisions Contribute to Gender Pay Gap reporting and participate in external remuneration surveys Provide expert guidance to managers and key stakeholders on compensation-related topics and organizational changes Support the local rollout and execution of global reward initiatives Review and enhance employee benefit programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction Track reward-related budgets, analyze compensation data and prepare reports, insights and dashboards Collaborate with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of reward programs Requirements Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or a related area Solid understanding of compensation structures, reward frameworks, and benefits administration Hands-on experience managing salary review processes, incentive programs, and market benchmarking exercises Knowledge of Polish employment legislation, taxation requirements, and compliance standards Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel Experience partnering with senior business leaders in a multinational environment Excellent command of English, both written and spoken What we offer Hybrid working arrangement - only 3-5 office visits per month in KRAKÓW location Comprehensive private healthcare package Life insurance coverage Access to MyBenefit and Multisport programs Annual performance-based bonus Employee referral incentives Additional paid day off dedicated to company-supported initiatives Mental wellbeing and psychological support resources Modern office facilities with complimentary parking

• 17 000 - 19 000 PLN gross
