Your Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

• 2–4 years of equivalent work experience in global trade compliance, customs operations, or logistics

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an asset

• Previous experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP

• Project management experience

• Transition experience

• Personal attributes: Detail-oriented mindset, effective communication skills, and strong analytical skills

Trade Compliance Senior Analyst

• Coordinating and managing trade document creation, correction, review, validation, indexing, and dispatch across air, ocean, ground, import, and export activities

• Supporting regional trade compliance processes, including customs clearance and certificate management activities

• Acting as a subject matter resource for team members by providing operational guidance, troubleshooting support, and coverage across multiple workstreams

• Providing end-to-end support across all trade compliance processes, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and timely execution of trade operations activities
