• Posiadają umiejętność delegowania zadań, planowania i organizacji pracy

• Znają pakiet MS Office

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage the work of the subordinate team of dispatchers to ensure efficient operations and team performance.

• Supervise courier transport costs, focusing on minimizing expenses while maximizing efficiency and monitoring service quality and other performance indicators.

• Actively acquire carriers and couriers to meet operational demands and expand service capabilities.

• Monitor courier routes and adjust them based on current business needs to optimize delivery efficiency.

• Ensure knowledge and compliance with applicable transport laws, quality procedures, health and safety regulations, and fire protection standards within the organization.

• Control and supervise the implementation of contractual provisions by carriers and couriers to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
