EY GDS is proud to announce the opportunity to join the role of Travel Center Specialist with English for internal employee from GDS Poland centers. The opportunity The goal of the Travel Center specialist is to guarantee our local employees satisfaction and compliance with EY Travel policy by booking the best travel option. Travel Center will hire one person with travel background, administration and a strong customer service experience, whose daily support will be highly beneficial in ensuring the quality of the service and mitigating travel risks, improving travel policy compliance and generating travel savings. What we look for We are interested in hiring an English-speaking candidate, team player with strong communication and organization skills as well as proactive attitude, with high level of energy, enthusiasm, flexibility and assertiveness. You should be able to independently complete your regular responsibilities according to deadlines, communicate with other teams in order to resolve daily challenges and show professionalism while day-to-day contact with EY clients and partners.

Ideally, you’ll also have
Excellent knowledge of corporate travel & events environment
Skills and attributes for success
Proven experience as a travel, administration or customer service agent
Excellent communication and soft skills (both oral and written)
Reactivity to manage urgent travel needs in a calm and professional manner
Your key responsibilities
The main focus of your role would be to choose the best fit in-policy travel solutions for your internal customers, as well as discussing and booking the best solutions. Apart from the travel-related duties, you will have an influence on the relationship with the client and contribute to the global travel arrangement strategy.
You will also ensure pre-trip approval of each request
To qualify for the role, you must have
Fluent in Polish and English written & oral - B2 level
Excellent Customer service approach
Experience using in MS Office
Ability to easily adapt to changing business requirements
Proactive attitude in terms of sharing ideas for further process improvement
Strong focus on details and the policy objectives
You will be responsible for qualifying the nature of travel requests, searching and proposing in-policy solutions per travel requirements
You will support EY’s partners by providing relevant travel and policy related information
Booking transportation, accommodation and other travel services (via the online booking tool or directly via the travel agency depending on complexity) will be one of your daily duties and manage urgent queries.
Changing or cancelling travel bookings might be needed in some cases
You will be obliged to enter required data into the back office system and bring complaints to the right travel vendor
