For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: UX/UI Designer Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland) Localization: remote with occasional travels to Warsaw office for workshops (stay and transport paid by Client) Length: long term cooperation Start date: ASAP Rate: 100-120zł/h Facilitate workshops & co-creation sessions with cross-functional stakeholders (product, business, tech, leadership). Apply RITE (Rapid Iterative Testing & Evaluation) and other lean UX methods to validate concepts and drive fast improvements. Lead user research, prototyping, and usability testing with key team to ensure data-driven design decisions. Translate complex B2B processes into simple, intuitive user experiences. Work closely with product owners and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency. Contribute to and expand the design system / component library to support scalable UI development. Communicate effectively with senior business leaders – present design rationale, insights, and recommendations in a clear and persuasive way. Adapt design processes and outputs to rapidly changing requirements in an agile environment. Responsibilities

• Skillset and toolkit we expect: Figma, knowledge of Design System standards, about designers’ patterns and techniques like Double/Triple Diamonds, Customer Journeys, Personas, Service Blueprints, Business/Product Canvas, etc
