This is the right job for you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in project/product management, business development, or partnership management (ideally within e-commerce, marketplace platforms, or B2B ecosystems).

  • Commercial & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in structuring partnership agreements, contract negotiation, and designing financial incentive/incentive-fee models

  • International Mindset & Regional Expertise: Experience in working with international partners, with a strong preference for familiarity with the Domestic and International Markets markets (experience with partners like JTL, Shoprenter, UNAS, Channable is a huge plus).

  • Technical Literacy: Experience supervising external tech vendors and understanding partner-facing APIs, developer programs, or e-commerce platform architectures

  • Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills to track key metrics, evaluate ROI on incentive programs, and translate data into actionable insights.

  • Proactive Project Ownership: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (C1 level minimum); knowledge of English (required) German or other Central/Eastern European languages is an asset.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership & Commercial Models: Own the commercial relations with key integrators; design, negotiate, and implement financial incentive programs to accelerate seller onboarding across the CEE / EEA

  • Project Delivery & Integrations: Act as the business project manager supervising the development of native store integrations delivered by external technology vendors.

  • Global Partner Onboarding: Drive high-profile international connectivity projects, including the launch of a global partner and bringing the integration with marketplace

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Tech Teams, Product, Legal, and commercial units to ensure seamless UX/API performance and overcome project blockers.

  • Go-to-Market Execution: Coordinate and assist in launching new features, tools, and partnerships by aligning cross-functional marketing, PR, and educational campaigns.

  • Data & Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs to measure project success, partner performance, and the direct impact of ecosystem initiatives on GMV and service adoption.
