Qualification requirements
Education: Minimum secondary education qualification (Level IV).
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle systems and components.
Language Skills: Basic knowledge of English and/or German.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.
Driving Licence: Valid Category B driving licence.
Competencies: Strong teamwork skills, perseverance, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Possible Tasks within this Role
Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling service appointments and welcoming customers upon arrival.
Customer Consulting: Providing comprehensive customer advice regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services in accordance with all service process requirements.
Work Order Management: Opening repair orders and monitoring the repair process while maintaining regular communication with customers.
Documentation: Completing and verifying all required documentation before handing the vehicle back to the customer.
Vehicle Handover: Delivering the vehicle to the customer and explaining the completed work.
Complaint Handling: Resolving customer complaints and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
