Your Mission
Organisation and planning of events and trade fairs
Coordination of all planning ahead of events
Management and coordination of suppliers and overall event logistics
Conception of new event formats
Definition of new processes and workflows
Creation of texts and graphics for social media
Preparation of reports, documentation, and schedules
Creation of new marketing materials
Updating and creating presentations
Close collaboration with external marketing and event agencies
Conducting internet research & market analysis

From the 5th semester of a Bachelor’s degree programme
Enthusiasm for organisational tasks
Flexibility and creativity
Hands-on mentality
Ideally some practical experience in trade fair planning and marketing
Team player, motivated, and self-driven
“Out of the box” thinking
Reliable, organised, and structured working style
Open and confident demeanour
Very good German language skills (C1/C2)
Availability of 15 to 20 hours per week for a minimum of 12 months
