Qualifications

• Experience in RTR / General Ledger accounting (min 2-3 years)

• Hands-on experience with fixed assets, prepaid and accrual accounting

• Practical knowledge of journal entries posting and month-end close processes

• Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L)

• Very good command of English (min. C1) – written and spoken

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Experience in process improvements or transitions

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)

• Experience in working in shared services / BPO environment

• Ability to work in hybrid mode (in Kraków- 3 days in the office per week)
