The opportunity We’re growing our Business Transformation Delivery practice and are looking for Consultants who blend project management discipline with human-centered change expertise to support organizations in delivering complex HR and People transformation initiatives. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — supporting clients through HR operating model evolution, process optimization, technology adoption, and workforce enablement. In this role, you will contribute to HR transformation projects, helping clients redesign HR processes, adopt new HR technology platforms, and enhance workforce and employee experience outcomes.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Support delivery of HR transformation projects or workstreams, contributing to planning, RAID tracking, governance, and reporting.

  • Assist in designing and implementing HR operating model changes.

  • Support HR process optimization initiatives, including payroll, benefits, and other HR service delivery processes, and document processes using BPMN.

  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of HR technology platforms (e.g., SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow HR or similar).

  • Assist in aligning HR transformation initiatives with workforce, skills, and employee experience strategies.

  • Support the setup or strengthening of HR PMO and governance structures.

  • Help track benefits realization and HR performance KPIs, and recommend adjustments where needed.

  • Collaborate with senior HR and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of transformation initiatives.

  • 4–8 years of professional experience, including exposure to HR transformation or project delivery initiatives.

  • Practical project management experience supporting structured, cross-functional projects.

  • Knowledge of HR processes and operating models, including exposure to payroll, benefits, or HR service delivery.

  • Hands-on experience with HR technology platforms (SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HR, or similar) is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and BPMN documentation.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent English (C1+).

  • You’ll stand out if you

  • Leverage AI tools to analyze HR and payroll data, summarize process findings, and accelerate design of HR process improvements.

  • Develop PowerPoint decks to clearly visualize HR transformation journeys, service models, and value cases.

  • Use AI to support reporting, governance, and KPI tracking for HR transformation initiatives.
