Who we are looking for

  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales pursuit and proposal development (highly preferred).

  • Consulting client service background and pursuit management experience preferred.

  • Proven ability to collaborate and build consensus with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Understanding of Consulting services and offerings.

  • Strong project management skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Effective conflict management and ability to work well under pressure.

  • Proactive, self-starter with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent PowerPoint, English writing, and speaking skills; high attention to detail.

Your future role

  • Support the full pursuit lifecycle, including pre-RFP, proposal development, presentations, and post-pursuit evaluation for major sales opportunities.

  • Assist with eminence activities, client workshops, and large strategic meetings for key clients in local and international markets.

  • Facilitate collaboration between proposal teams and stakeholders to develop compelling, differentiated client propositions.

  • Identify knowledge gaps, risks, and challenges, proactively working with internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Develop and manage pursuit plans, establish milestones, and oversee logistics and meetings using collaboration tools.

  • Review proposal and presentation materials for quality, consistency, and strategic messaging.

  • Share best practices from other pursuits and networks to close content gaps.

  • Support leadership reviews, resource and pricing model development, and coordinate related calls.

  • Collaborate with Visual Studio and other teams for production of materials and process optimization.

  • Contribute to learning and development initiatives to enhance sales excellence capabilities.

  • Identify and recommend areas for process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and streamline pursuit operations.
