Вимоги
3–6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics or a related field.
Advanced Power BI skills: data modeling, DAX, report and dashboard development.
Solid SQL knowledge for data querying and profiling.
Experience with data governance practices and metadata management.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills — ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences.
Experience in manufacturing, food industry, engineering sector or regulated environments is a strong advantage.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Databricks and Delta Lake.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and their data structures.
Experience with data transformation tools. (dbt or similar)
Zakres obowiązków
Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with operational and strategic KPIs.
Establish and maintain a data governance framework including data dictionaries, definitions, lineage documentation and access control policies.
Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical data team, translating business questions into data requirements.
Monitor and improve data quality across source systems including SQL Server and Databricks.
Drive adoption of BI tools and data literacy across the organization through training and documentation.
Support master data management processes relevant to plant operations, quality, and supply chain.
