Location: Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote Let us introduce you the job offer by EY GDS Poland – a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY. The opportunity The Talent (HR) Product Consultant is responsible for leading the deployment of new or changed product solutions for Talent Service Delivery, including prioritized AI opportunities, as defined by the strategic direction and global Talent prioritization processes. This role will work with the Talent Solutions team and relevant global Talent functions, to drive aligned execution of improvements and changes to Talent function process, technology, and data, ensuring outcomes that further Talent strategy and have positive impact on end-user experience and business value.

  • Extensive knowledge and awareness of:

  • Talent (HR) solutions, systems, and technologies (ecosystem):

  • Talent processes

  • Talent function strategies, trends, leading practices, services, and solutions

  • Experience in identifying opportunities enabled through AI and automation which transform service delivery, including improved user experiences and enhanced operational delivery

  • Extensive understanding of ISQM standards and how this is applied in practice

  • Strong consulting skills that drive business impact; able to strategically interpret, challenge and shape requirements, driving complex, conceptual problem-solving

  • Strong teaming skills

  • Strong communication skills with strong awareness of cultural nuances when applying a global mindset to working effectively with others

  • Strong ability to set vision and priorities, driving execution within budget and effective time frames

  • Significant ability to cope with ambiguity; to drive change and performance outcomes in a complex and agile environment

Zakres obowiązków

  • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of Talent process, technology, and service improvements.

  • Lead the identification and deployment of new product solutions (across process, service delivery, technology, and data) and improvements in relation to the Talent Service Delivery function

  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Plan and approve testing cycles (SIT, UAT, SRT) across Regions and Functions.

  • Define and monitor KPIs to track progress and adoption.

  • Partner with Talent Delivery Strategic Consultants, Product Owners and Analysts to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end delivery journey.

  • Ensure process compliance with ISQM and embed required controls.

  • Lead SMR teams across Talent and EY Technology.

  • Use data insights, process mining and employee listening to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Support business case development and governance submissions for investment or change requests.

  • Problem Solving & Decision Making

  • Design globally consistent solutions that respect regional differences.

  • Prioritize competing stakeholder requests using a logical, transparent approach.

  • Identify risks and propose ISQM‑compliant mitigation strategies.

  • Recommend automation and efficiency improvements.

  • Reduce duplication across Talent processes, tools, and frameworks.

  • Supervision & Collaboration

  • Supervise internal and external project teams and vendors.

  • Ensure work aligns with Global Talent standards and expected quality levels.

  • Work closely with the Talent Product Owner, Talent Solutions teams, EY Tech Consulting and Enterprise Technology.

  • Skills & Attributes
