The opportunity The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering projects for international customers using a variety of methodologies, including Agile (SCRUM and SAFe), Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with extensive experience in both traditional and Agile methodologies. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure the successful execution of projects and the achievement of business objectives.

Skills and attributes for success
Min. 2 years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master, with a strong background in both Agile (SCRUM and SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience managing Hybrid projects, combining elements of Agile and Waterfall approaches.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello).
Experience working in an international corporate environment, managing projects across different time zones and cultures.
Proven experience in a consultancy role, with the ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.
Your key responsibilities
Engage with clients in a consultancy capacity, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Utilize Agile methodologies (SCRUM and SAFe) to manage and deliver projects, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
Apply Waterfall methodology where appropriate, ensuring thorough planning, execution, and monitoring of project phases.
Implement Hybrid project management approaches, combining elements of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to suit project requirements.
Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of project progress.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect on and improve their processes and practices.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices and principles, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Work effectively in an international corporate environment, managing projects across different time zones and cultures.
