Join our Krakow office as an Associate People Operations Specialist. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for someone who is detail-focused, quick to adapt, and dedicated to delivering accurate results. Responsibilities Provide hands-on support in essential People Operations areas such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with assignments based on current organizational needs Manage employee inquiries through a ticketing system, ensuring each issue is resolved efficiently and correctly Update and maintain employee information in both internal and external HR and payroll platforms, with a strong emphasis on compliance and accuracy Support the upkeep of HR documentation and procedures to ensure alignment with company guidelines and legal obligations Assist in preparing reports and summaries for operational and compliance requirements Partner with the People Team to enhance processes, elevate the employee experience, and contribute to team-wide projects Requirements Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work English proficiency at B2 level or higher for clear and effective communication Polish proficiency at C1 level or above for everyday interactions Positive attitude, initiative, and strong teamwork skills Experience working in multicultural or international environments Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Foundational analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities Willingness to learn and take on new tasks Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Experience in a Shared Service environment
Requirements
Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work
English proficiency at B2 level or higher for clear and effective communication
Polish proficiency at C1 level or above for everyday interactions
