Description
We are searching for an Associate People Operations Specialist to add strength to our team. This position is ideal for someone who demonstrates keen attention to detail, learns rapidly, and maintains high accuracy in their tasks. Success requires flexibility in a dynamic setting and the ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization. The role is hybrid and based in Katowice. Responsibilities Deliver support in one of the key People Operations domains: Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, as determined by business needs Resolve employee issues through the ticketing system, ensuring responses are prompt and accurate Update and manage employee data in HR and payroll systems, ensuring information is compliant and correct Assist with maintaining HR records and processes in accordance with company standards and legal requirements Contribute to the creation of operational and compliance reports Partner with the People Team to refine workflows, enhance employee engagement, and take part in team projects Requirements Meticulous attention to detail in all duties English language skills at B2 level Fluent in Polish Proactive mindset, positive attitude, and strong collaboration skills Experience in multicultural settings is an advantage Clear and effective communication, both written and spoken Basic analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently Readiness to learn and adapt to new situations Trustworthy in handling confidential information
Requirements
Meticulous attention to detail in all duties
English language skills at B2 level
Fluent in Polish
Proactive mindset, positive attitude, and strong collaboration skills
Experience in multicultural settings is an advantage
