Become a valued member of our Krakow -based team as an Associate People Operations Specialist. This hybrid position calls for a detail-oriented approach, adaptability to new situations, and a commitment to accuracy. Success in this role is driven by your ability to navigate a dynamic workplace and communicate clearly with team members at all levels. Responsibilities Deliver operational support in core People Operations functions such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with assignments determined by organizational priorities Handle employee queries through a ticketing platform, ensuring each request is addressed promptly and accurately Keep employee data up to date in both internal and external HR and payroll systems, prioritizing compliance and precision Assist in maintaining HR documentation and processes in line with company policies and legal standards Contribute to the creation of reports and summaries for operational and compliance needs Work alongside the People Team to optimize processes, improve the employee experience, and support collective projects Requirements High level of attention to detail in all responsibilities English language skills at B2 level or above for effective interaction Polish language skills at C1 level or higher for daily communication Positive outlook, initiative, and strong collaboration abilities Background in working within multicultural or international teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic skills in analysis and problem-solving Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment Readiness to learn and embrace new responsibilities Discretion in managing sensitive and confidential information Previous experience in a Shared Service setting
Requirements
High level of attention to detail in all responsibilities
