Description

We are looking for an Associate People Operations Specialist to become part of our Krakow -based team. This hybrid position values meticulousness, a strong ability to learn quickly, and precision in every task. Success in this role relies on flexibility in a dynamic setting and clear communication with colleagues at all organizational levels. Responsibilities Deliver day-to-day support in one of the main People Operations functions such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with the specific area assigned according to business priorities Address and resolve employee inquiries through a ticketing platform, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-up Update and manage employee information in both internal and external HR and payroll databases, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance Assist in ensuring all HR documentation and procedures align with company guidelines and legal standards Contribute to the preparation of reports and summaries for operational or compliance needs Work closely with the People Team to streamline processes, improve the employee journey, and assist with broader team projects Requirements Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work English language skills at B2 level or above for effective workplace communication Polish language proficiency at C1 level or higher for daily interactions Positive, proactive attitude and strong team collaboration skills Experience in an international or multicultural work environment Strong verbal and written communication abilities Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills Capability to work within deadlines and manage multiple priorities Eagerness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Previous experience in a Shared Service setting

Requirements
