Description
We are seeking an Associate People Operations Specialist to join our team in Krakow. This hybrid role requires strong attention to detail, quick learning abilities, and accuracy in all tasks. Success in this position depends on adaptability in a fast-paced environment and effective communication across various levels of the organization. Responsibilities Provide operational support in one of the core People Operations areas, including Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with assignment based on business needs Manage and resolve employee requests using a ticketing system, ensuring responses are timely and accurate Maintain and update employee records in internal and external HR and payroll systems, focusing on accuracy and compliance Help ensure HR documentation and processes meet internal policies and legal requirements Participate in generating reports and summaries for operational or compliance purposes Collaborate with the broader People Team to improve processes, enhance employee experience, and support team-wide initiatives Requirements Strong attention to detail in all tasks and processes Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher for effective communication Proficiency in Polish at C1 level or higher for internal and external interactions Proactive approach, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team Experience working in a multicultural environment Effective verbal and written communication skills Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Experience working in a Shared Service environment
Requirements
Strong attention to detail in all tasks and processes
Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher for effective communication
Proficiency in Polish at C1 level or higher for internal and external interactions
