Atlassian Expert with Security skills | Lead

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Expert with strong security expertise to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade Atlassian platforms. In this role, you will lead complex implementation projects, architect secure integrations, and provide technical leadership to drive enterprise transformations and Agile/ITSM excellence. Responsibilities Design a scalable Atlassian platform architecture Lead Jira Data Center and Atlassian Cloud (Jira and Forge) implementation projects Define governance, permission, and security models Architect integrations with systems such as ServiceNow, GitHub Enterprise, and CI/CD pipelines Build automation using REST APIs, Atlassian Forge, and Automation for Jira Support Jira Cloud migrations and enterprise transformations Optimize Agile and ITSM workflows Conduct stakeholder workshops and solution discovery sessions Provide technical leadership and mentoring Requirements 5+ years of experience working with Atlassian products At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience Expertise in Jira Software, Atlassian Cloud, and Data Center Proficiency in REST APIs, workflow design, and automation Knowledge of SSO and IAM Skills in SQL, scripting, and integration platforms Background in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies Familiarity with ITIL practices Competency in business process mapping and stakeholder management English level B1+ for effective communication Nice to have Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) Jira Administration certifications SAFe SPC certification AWS or Azure certifications

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Atlassian products

• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience

• Expertise in Jira Software, Atlassian Cloud, and Data Center

• Proficiency in REST APIs, workflow design, and automation

• Knowledge of SSO and IAM

• Skills in SQL, scripting, and integration platforms

• Background in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies

• Familiarity with ITIL practices

• Competency in business process mapping and stakeholder management

• English level B1+ for effective communication
