Atlassian Solution Architect | Associate Management

Description

We're looking for an Atlassian Solution Architect to join our team in Poland. This role focuses on designing and scaling Atlassian platforms to meet enterprise needs for collaboration, governance, and performance. You will lead complex implementations, drive migrations, and optimize workflows to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems, empowering teams to achieve their Agile and ITSM objectives. Responsibilities Design and implement scalable Atlassian platform architectures Lead Jira Data Center and Atlassian Cloud implementation projects, including Forge solutions Define governance, permission, and security models for enterprise environments Architect integrations with systems such as ServiceNow, GitHub Enterprise, and CI/CD pipelines Build and enhance automation using REST APIs, Atlassian Forge, and Automation for Jira Support Jira Cloud migrations and enterprise transformations Optimize Agile and ITSM workflows across the organization Conduct stakeholder workshops and solution discovery sessions Provide technical leadership and mentoring to teams and partners Requirements Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools including Jira Software (Cloud and Data Center) Experience with platform automation leveraging REST APIs and scripting Proficiency in SSO/IAM integration and governance models Hands-on experience with workflow design and process optimization Understanding of integration platforms and CI/CD pipeline connectivity Knowledge of SQL and basic scripting for automation tasks Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies and ITIL practices Solid business process mapping and stakeholder management skills Nice to have Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) credentials Jira Administration certifications SAFe SPC certification Cloud certifications (AWS or Azure)

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools including Jira Software (Cloud and Data Center)

• Experience with platform automation leveraging REST APIs and scripting

• Proficiency in SSO/IAM integration and governance models

• Hands-on experience with workflow design and process optimization

• Understanding of integration platforms and CI/CD pipeline connectivity

• Knowledge of SQL and basic scripting for automation tasks

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies and ITIL practices

• Solid business process mapping and stakeholder management skills
